Head of EICA
As Head of Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls and Automation (EICA), Richard has over 25 years’ of experience in the Energy Sector, with responsibility for the technical, safe and cost-effective delivery of a range of high value Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls and Automation projects over this time.

He is a dedicated professional at a Senior Authorisation Level with a proven track record in leading and managing teams of engineers both onshore and offshore around the world.

His position as Head of EICA plays a crucial role in ensuring that our organisation’s Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls and Automation department operates smoothly and efficiently, meeting the overall needs of our engineering department, our projects and goals, including the requirements of our clients.

He is responsible for overseeing the design, development, testing and implementation of our products and services.

Richard is a dedicated member of the IET and Energy Institute with a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and an MMDP in Leadership and Management.
Louise Bremner
Finance and Accounts Manager
As Finance and Accounts Manager, Louise has gained an extensive level of knowledge, understanding  and experience from industry having held various analyst, controller and management positions over the last 22 years'.

Working closely with the Board of Directors, contributing to annual budgets, monitoring expenditure and directly liaising with external auditors she provides clarity and direction for the overall day-to-day management and financial performance of the organisation.
Richard Reid
Operations Director
As Operation Director, Richard is a highly motivated and professional Marine Engineer with over 20 years' experience gained within the Royal Navy and Oil and Gas, Marine, Renewables and Diving Industries.

He's particularly capable of demonstrating, implementing and practising, safe and efficient multi- discipline engineering solutions , coupled with a strong management and leadership ability in a fast moving and target driven environment.
Torben Luthje Hansen
General Manager NE
Strategic thinking, visionary approach and innovation are natural elements of Torben's daily work and often used as problem solving tools in his role as General Manager for Northern Europe (NE).  As a leader, he is aware that in order to reach goals and results, he has to assure the presence of the right people, with the right competences, combined with responsible leadership and clear direction.

As a well-rounded individual with extensive executive management experience which cover Operations, Project Delivery and Financial Controls, Torben has a natural ability to build strong relationships as part of his personal “DNA” and takes real pleasure in establishing and maintaining strong connections with current and new stakeholders across multiple industry sectors.

His motivation and where he does best, is in seeing and understanding the “future” of the company and its customers, setting direction through strategies, communicating and developing organizational competences in order to execute the changes and reaching the goals.

As the COO, Peter oversees the delivery of our range of Integrated Service Solutions to the Energy Sector internationally.  With over 25 years' experience in management, Peter has successfully led and executed complex and challenging projects across multiple regions and disciplines, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Peter's core competencies include project management, repair orders, campaigned maintenance, flange management, leak testing, hydro testing, bolt torque tensioning, purging, cleaning and flushing, and pipeline services.

As Co-Founder of the business, Peter is passionate about us providing efficient and reliable solutions to the Energy Sector internationally, leveraging his technical skills, industry knowledge, leadership and management expertise to deliver the best possible solutions to industry.
Stuart Charles Sinclair
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Stuart is a highly motivated Influential entrepreneur and CEO with significant Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Completions and Commissioning knowledge and experience.
 
As Co-Founder of the business, his ultimate aim is for the Integrity business to deliver a diverse but complimentary range of Integrated Service Solutions to the Energy Sector safely and in line with client and project requirements, whilst keeping a strong focus on financial performance, planning and cost control as well as performance monitoring and improvement.
 
With over 28 years’ experience in the Oil, Gas and Energy industries with expertise in complex project delivery, Stuart has a proven track record of success in leading large operating businesses, including setting business strategies, objectives, business performance improvement, HSE leadership, functional leadership, governance, assurance, and people development.

Career highlights to date include;

The co-founding of CRC Offshore Limited and the subsequent acquisition of the business by Stanley Black and Decker in 2010 as part of a $445 M USD deal and the co-founding of Integrity ISS Limited in 2017.
 
Stuart is a dedicated Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI).
